EXCITING ANNOUNCEMENT
We are proud to announce that our very own CMC Country Coordinator for Ethiopia, Pastor Mezgebu Tsemru Seifu, has received the honor of acceptance into the DMin program at Biola University’s Talbot School of Theology! The Doctoral program is on Church Multiplication, Mezgebu’s passion. The program requires him to come to campus only once a year in May for 10 days, so it will not interfere with the work he is doing in Ethiopia. An added blessing, the school also showed interest in partnering to send a short term Mission team to Ethiopia!
FOLLOWING GOD’S CALL
Mezgebu shares, “For some time now, God has impressed upon me a desire to further education. In order to serve faithfully and effectively, I have decided to join Biola University. My decision is based on several factors: Biola is fully accredited, faithfully holds to sound doctrine, shares my commitment to cultural engagement, and has a strong reputation for being passionate about missions and evangelism.”
STEPPING OUT IN FAITH
Mezgebu continues, “This decision comes with a cost. Biola University does not have Scholarship for DMin program and my goal is to graduate debt free. I have to start my class Jan. 8-May 4, 2018 which can be completed in Ethiopia (online). Then I will need to come to campus in California for lectures on May 7-18, 2018.

“I am trusting that God will provide and also working hard, budgeting faithfully, and saving as much as I can in order to pay for my education.”
