The launch of Ethiopia CMC is underway, and several meetings with pastors across the country have brought wonderful results.
CMC vision sharing and pastors network formation is going well. Thank God for this great opportunity. In all these places, God worked according to His word (Mat 28:18-20). The following is a short report and pictures of three places:
Butajira
In Butajira 41 pastors sign Covenant Statement to plant Churches. One of the things astonished me was the leaders start to map the area to plant Churches.
Gunchera
In Gunchera 51Churches agreed to work together to plant Churches. After the conference we had discussion time and they told me that there are 64 villages around Ginchera area and among them 23 villages live life without Jesus and there is no one Church in these area. The leaders agreed to work together to plant 23 Churches in these villages in the coming years.
Aresi, Asela
In Aresi, Asela there are 13 evangelical Church in this area. After the conference these leaders agreed and sign the CMC covenant statement. During our discussion time the Chair person of the fellow ship remind pastor that last month the leaders had a meeting concerning evangelizem and Church planting and he said CMC come to this area at the right time.
