MISSION TRIP TO THE ECUADORIAN JUNGLE, REGION OF COCA
April 13 to 19, CMC Latin America Mission School in Guayaquil, Ecuador, directed by pastor Victor Chong, made its first mission trip to the jungle of Coca to bring the Gospel to the native Waoranis. Activities included preaching to youth and children in schools, service in the community, and crusades. Results: 150 new believers (children, youth and adults) who all received age-appropriate materials for studying the Bible.
All the people attending the meetings and crusades received toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap and shampoo for lice.
A new church was planted in Tiwino! Pray for brother Alexis Leon Guamarrigra of CMC Latin America Mission team who stayed there in charge.
REGIONAL CONGRESS IN MANTA, PROVINCE OF MANABI, ECUADOR
April 30 to May 2, Pastor Victor Chong with a small team of pastors held a Regional Congress with over 70 people, including 35 pastors. As a fruit of this work, they were accepted by the Pastors Association of Manta to organize a coalition of pastors to work with CMC in the planting and multiplication of churches.
They also held crusades where they preached to over 100 people and 20 of them came to Jesus!
Pastor Victor Chong ministered in the Peruvian jungle and Lima, Peru July 20-26. Part of the training was using the EvangeCube to share the gospel, as shown.

INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS OF CMC LATIN AMERICA, IN NICARAGUA September 9 to 11, a conference will be held in Nicaragua for 20 pastors from 16 countries of America and the Caribbean that are working with the tools of CMC and share the vision of planting and multiplication of churches. Also invited are 50 pastors and laborers from Central America, mostly Nicaragua, to introduce them to the tools of CMC. A successful strategy they will share with all the pastors is Schools for Planters, Multipliers and Missioners: In 2013, a new strategy was launched for training students 15 years and older. There are already over 50 schools throughout multiple countries with the goal of planting multiplying churches. At the end of this year, after 2 years of teaching, they will have the first graduation with excellent results!
Opportunities to Get Involved with CMC
EVANGELISTIC CRUSADES IN MANAGUA, NICARAGUA September 12 to 16, a CMC team led by Jonathan Morris will work along side local pastors and church workers for 5 days doing outreaches using the EvangeCube during the mornings and then discipleship and preaching in the afternoons. The goal is to share the Gospel with the unbelievers, plant new churches and strengthen existing churches. CMC has been requested to bring 200 EvangeCubes to train and distribute to the workers at the crusades and conference. If you would like to donate to the cost of EvangeCubes or are interested in joining this trip (Sept. 9-11 conference noted above and these following crusades), please reply to this email.
